Full members are eligible, with the following Private health insurance companies who recognise Aromatherapy, as provided by IFA Full financial members.
On your receipts please quote your membership number and use the initials M.I.F.A. to identify your membership with the IFA.
Encourage your clients to request cover for aromatherapy as many private health insurance companies will not include aromatherapy unless the demand is made!

Full practitioner members of the IFA are eligible for provider status with these health insurance companies, as they have trained to an acceptable level, hold malpractice insurance and have workplace first aid qualifications.
The IFA continues to pursue further recognition through the self regulatory body, National Council of Massage and Allied Health Practitioners.
Ask your practitioner member of the IFA for a receipt to claim your rebate.
